Hia guys, just wanted to update my journal to show I'm not dead. I'm well aware I didn't even come close to finishing everything I wanted to during October, but that was expected I guess. Anyway, updates:

A mouse recently took up residence in one of the floor vents in our house. This is a poor choice given the fact that we own 3 cats. ^_^; My Mom says we should catch it and make it a pet. If we do I'm naming him Steve McQueen!

~pynni has hired me for my very first paid commission! It's a Christmas gift for someone very close to him. I originally offered to do it for $20.00, but him being the awesome guy that he is, he suggested $30.00! XD I'll upload it here when I'm finished

And finally, the T&Z predicament. Now, I would probably just say something like "It's going well" or "doing great", but having AIM'd with *TEZZLE for the last several months, I'm afraid his inability to tell lies or keep secrets has rubbed off on me, so here' goes...

I have not completed the first comic yet...

I don't have a single clue why I haven't finished it yet; I've been motivated to draw on numerous occasions since I got the script and promised myself on numerous more that I would "definitely work on it today". The fact that I have so many people counting on me hasn't motivated me either, and in the situation I am in now, I think of it more as a list of people whom I have failed.

Tez hasn't written me off yet or berated me because he is such a good friend, though lord knows he has the right...and to be honest I find myself thinking "Please don't let him ask about the comic" or "I will not update any better than his last artist" or "He should just fire me and finally find an artist who is competent" every now and then.

I'm really sorry for being so depressing. I try my very best to stay away from these sorts of journal entries, but art for me is a very emotional process, and I just had to let that all out. Again, I apologize and hope I can show some actual progress soon. As you were...
